Get Creative with your curb appeal in Denver Colorado

Updated: Mar 6, 2023

Curb appeal is king when it comes to getting the most return on your investment in Denver Colorado!

When it comes to curb appeal improvements, a little can go a long way to increase your quality of life and satisfaction with your home!

Painting: Painting your homes exterior can make one of the biggest visual differences and places the home in a completely new light. It's one of simplest and cost effective ways to make a nice impression on neighbors and guests.

Hardscaping: Stone pavers for entryways and patios are visually appealing and also greatly improve the functionality of a front yard or backyard, especially for the ones who like to spend time outdoors. A paved patio in the backyard with a fire pit or retaining wall can help you get more use out of your space.

Landscaping: Landscaping always frames your house. It's one of the best investments you can make for your home in in terms of return. But how you landscape needs to be a good fit for your home and eco conscious. Choose native plants that will thrive in your environment with minimal watering and upkeep.

Maintain your space.

Show your space some love. Anyone can repaint an exterior or plant new bushes. However if you don't keep up with the improvements that you've made, your curb appeal and its value will suffer. Consider hiring a contractor if you are unable to take care of your latest improvements.

Set a schedule for watering, trimming, and pulling weeds. Even pressure washing and window washing needs to be done regularly.

Go with your style

You and your family will be the ones in your space most of the time so create a space you love!

If you love minimal yard work and sustainability, go with a zero landscaping style. If you love flowers, install the irrigation lines to keep your flowers growing efficiently. You need to feel comfortable in your home. It's awesome to follow the trends but try and find a balance between what is popular amongst the trends and what you like. You don't have to sacrifice your personal style.
